For those that want to try my Melly Belly Blend, this makes 9 cups of flour( 4.8 oz per cup of flour). I like to measure my flour on a scale in ounces so feel free to use this!
Using a scale, measure out all of these in a large bowl and with a whisk, mix it together so it's fully Incorporated. Once done, you can store it in a ziplock bag or a larger tupperware.
18 oz Brown Rice Flour
5 oz Sweet Rice Flour
4.8 oz Sweet Sorghum Flour
10.75 oz Potato Starch
2 oz Tapioca Flour
2 oz Corn Starch
5 tsp Xanthan Gum
